Can you reinvent a design classic? In 2008, Alexia Hentsch and Max von Hurter started a menswear company, Hentsch Man, with a sole mission: to create the perfect white shirt. How do you work within the constraints of a recognisable format to create something new?

We spoke with Hentsch to find out.
